BEVERAGE MERCHANDISER
$17.00/hr.

Schedule: 40hrs per week/Flexible, will include holidays and weekends

Pay: $17.00/hr.
Job Summary
The Beverage Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring beverage products are properly stocked, rotated, displayed, and merchandised in assigned retail accounts. This position requires reliable transportation, as the merchandiser travels independently from store to store within an assigned territory using their personal vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned retail accounts using a personal vehicle
- Stock, rotate, and face beverage products according to company and supplier standards
- Build and maintain attractive product displays, end caps, and floor stacks
- Ensure accurate placement of price tags, signage, and promotional materials
- Check inventory levels and communicate out-of-stocks or issues to sales or management
- Maintain clean, organized shelves and backstock areas
- Follow all safety procedures and retailer guidelines
- Maintain positive working relationships with store personnel
- Complete required merchandising reports, photos, and documentation as directed
Vehicle & Travel Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle suitable for daily travel between stores
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required
- Ability to transport point-of-sale materials and light product as needed
- Mileage reimbursement provided per company policy (if applicable)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40–50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous merchandising, retail, or beverage industry experience 2yrs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic smartphone skills for reporting and communication
Work Environment
- Retail grocery, convenience, liquor, and big-box store environments
- Indoor and occasional outdoor display setup
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

**Note
**Valid CA DL, reliable personal transportation and current auto insurance are mandatory as the role requires visiting multiple stores for product placement, visual merchandising, and price point checks. Mileage will be reimbursed.
